The information collection, use, and dissemination practices of 16 Week Fitness Challenge This policy applies to 16 Week Fitness Challenges collection, use, storage and disclosure of information by 16 Week Fitness Challenge on its

1. Collection of Information.

2. Use of Individual Information.
